The Greatest Store Manager

In 2018, the Walmart US People Organization was given a rotation at the annual Holiday Meeting. The goal of this presentation was to communicate major changes to the people space, including key management expectations. The theme for the entire meeting was “The Greatest Store on Earth,” inspired by the film, “The Greatest Showman.” With a focus on store leadership this session was titled, “The Greatest Store Manager.”

Wanting to stay with the circus theme, and the vintage aesthetic of the early P.T. Barnum spectacles, I created a color pallet and texture that could be applied across all of the on-screen visuals, while also holding on to some of the Walmart brand standards so that the overall presentation felt cohesive.
