Building off of the success from the previous year, the goal of this rotation was to communicate a broad change to the in-store team structure. With new roles being created and a new way of working within the team environment, this change management initiative was key to setting clear expectations.

Opting for a clean, simple approach we worked with internal teams and agency partners to develop a presentation that captured the vision of the changes while also capturing just enough detail to answer questions that store managers would have.
