Working with several individuals, I served as the lead on a number of projects, setting the tone and vision as we collaborated together.
Diary of a Leader
In the summer of 2020, we were tasked with telling the stories of our associates. Constrained by COVID restrictions, our team pivoted to remote production of a quick series of videos, finding unique ways to present zoom recorded footage. Working with one of our producers and cinematographers I provided the vision and direction to bring this series to life.
Win Together
Heading into 2021, our team was asked to craft an inspiring message, helping set direction for our field associates around the concept of teaming. Leaning into sports metaphors, we aimed to elevate our store teams to the same level as great athletic teams.
